Our Story
Founded in 2018 by two coffee obsessives, Bloom Coffee started as a weekend pop-up at the Williamsburg flea market. Today, our roastery and café serves as a gathering place for the neighborhood — a space where great coffee meets genuine community.
We source our beans directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Japan's Okinawa region, building lasting relationships with growers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
